WHY WE EARN IT

The Specifics Behind Our Account Commitments

Trust isn't a headline — it's a process. We back every account commitment with a concrete, checkable practice: an encrypted session, a named payment rail, a real verification step, and a support channel that actually responds. The four points below are the ones we get asked about most when someone is deciding whether to open an account with us.

Payment Rails You Already Use

PayPal, Venmo, and Play+ are connected at the account level, not bolted on. You fund your account the same way you'd split a dinner check — familiar, confirmed, done.

Account Security on Every Session

Every login and transaction runs through SSL encryption. Your account credentials and payment details are never passed in plain text, whether you're on mobile or desktop.

Transparent Identity Verification

When you reach a payout threshold, we walk you through the ID verification steps clearly — what to upload, why it's required, and how long the review window typically runs.

State Eligibility, Stated Plainly

We don't claim availability we can't back. Access to arenaplus depends on local law and eligible states, and we tell you that upfront before you get into the account creation flow.

arenaplus How arenaplus Came Together as a Platform

How arenaplus Came Together as a Platform

We built arenaplus around a simple problem: American bettors already manage their money through PayPal, Venmo, and Play+ prepaid cards, but most platforms made them jump through extra hoops at checkout. We removed those hoops. When you open an account, your wallet connects the same way it does for any other online purchase — you confirm the amount, it clears, and you're

inside the lobby. Our sportsbook carries NFL football lines, same-game parlays, and player props because that's what fills the room on a Sunday. Players in Las Vegas and every eligible state can reach our live dealer tables and slot rooms through the same account they used to deposit. We keep our support reachable and our account verification process transparent so you know

exactly what to expect at every step.

Answers About Who We Are and How We Operate

The questions below come from real account holders who wanted to understand arenaplus before committing to an account. Each answer is specific to how we're set up — no generic platform filler.

arenaplus is a US-focused betting platform built around fast local payments. It's designed for American bettors who use PayPal, Venmo, or Play+ and want a clean path from deposit to lobby without extra friction.

We support PayPal, Venmo, and Play+ prepaid cards as the primary funding paths. Each connects directly at the account level so your deposit clears without routing through a third-party processor separately.

Access depends on state law and eligible states. We don't claim nationwide availability. Check the eligibility step during account creation — it confirms whether the platform is accessible in your location.

The sportsbook covers NFL football, NBA, MLB, and college football, with same-game parlays and player props available. The lobby also includes live dealer tables, slot rooms, and standard table games like High Limit Blackjack.

When you hit a payout threshold, we prompt you to upload a government-issued ID. Our team reviews the document and confirms your account before releasing the withdrawal to your PayPal or Venmo wallet.

Live chat is available inside your account and connects you to an agent with access to your session details. Email support is also open for verification issues or anything requiring a written record and case reference.
